Shipping

We ship using USPS free of charge to our customers in the United States. USPS reaches 99% of the continental United States in 3-5 days. You will receive an email when your item has shipped. Shipping to Canada is free of charge if your purchase total is over $30. Otherwise flat rate charge of $10 is applied for orders under $30.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or an exchange of a similarly priced item.

Please contact info@dominiongamecalls.com with your Name, Shipping Address, Order Number, and a Detailed Message of the item and your request before returning an item so we are aware of the return and can process it correctly once we receive it. You will be responsible for return shipping unless it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items purchased on sale, during promotional periods or at a discounted rate cannot be returned for a refund. In order to receive a refund your name and shipping address must match the original order number information.

We will issue your refund or ship your exchange item upon receiving the item in the mail. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days) or to ship your exchange item (3-5 business days).
